Merger and Move

Dave Fomon of River City Property Management & Sales, LLC and Kyle Vogel of Keystone Property Management are pleased to announce the merger of our companies, effective September 1, 2024.

On August 31 st , RCPM & Sales, LLC offices will close and move operations to the Keystone Property Management office at 160 Southgate Avenue (just down the street from our current office at the corner of Southgate and Gilbert St.) Keystone Property Management will be joining the MLS with Kyle Vogel as the Broker of Record, Dave Fomon, Broker Associate/Property Management Consultant, Teresa Crosser, Salesperson/Director of Residential Investments, and Lindsay Siebert will join the HOA team at Keystone.
