COVID 19 Update

River City Property Management & Sales is keeping a close eye on developments with the COVID-19 or Coronavirus and challenges it is presenting to all our daily lives. We are living in unprecedented times and circumstances.

After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our clients, staff and all of the public that we serve, we have made the decision to limit access to our office, particularly the lobby and front desk. We encourage folks to avoid coming to the office as we are currently avoiding all face-to-face meetings and contacts. Our intent is to suspend all other non-emergency meetings that can be done online or by telephone. We are constantly monitoring our emails, phones and messages.

MAINTENANCE: We will only be doing emergency maintenance calls. Daily and routine maintenance calls will be done at a later date or when time allows.

AVAILABILITIES: Please check out our website and schedule through that platform. We will schedule showings once things have returned to normal.

RENT: If you are unable to pay your rent due to the COVID-19, please check out the resources that have become available to people in this situation. The United Way and unemployment benefits are two examples.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate all of these issues. We continue to work diligently through all of these challenges and unknowns. Our staff is committed to our clients, tenants, and customers and we are doing the best that we can to keep things on schedule. We may be working on alternative time schedules and with limited staff at times, so please understand that we may not be able to perform tasks at the same speed we normally do, while at the same time being cognizant of EVERYONE’S health, safety….and sanity!
